Returns & Refund Policy
We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your promotional products purchased from us. However, sometimes things can go wrong.
Please ensure you check your order upon delivery. Should there be any problems, please notify us immediately by sending an email to info@promotional.co.nz or call us on 0800 324 695.
We do need to be notified no later than 7 days from delivery, of any issues or defects relating to your order.
So that we can inspect the faulty items and rectify any problems, we may request photographs and/or the collection of your full order. Therefore, please do not distribute any of the items whether they are faulty or not.
Once the order has been quality-checked and we have confirmed that either the product or the branding is faulty, we will discuss with you the best remedy. This may include a full or partial refund of your order, or a re-print or replacement of the faulty items in the order.
Our goal at all times, is to ensure that you are a satifised customer with the best outcome possible.
