We want you to be 100% happy with your branded merchandise and understand that you may have some questions before ordering. Here are some solutions we offer to help ease your mind.
Visuals
Our artwork team will create a visual with your logo on the product you have chosen. This visual will be emailed to you and is free of charge.
Unbranded Samples
We can courier you an unbranded physical sample of the product. This may incur a shipping charge and sample cost depending on the product. Physical samples are perfect if you would like to check the quality of the goods before ordering.
Branded Samples
We can provide a sample of the product branded with your logo. This is not usually necessary but can provide you with total peace of mind if you are still uncertain about a product after receiving visuals and physical samples. There is a charge for this—please ask us about it and we will provide pricing.
