Delivery and Shipping information for your Promotional Products 

Are the freight costs included in the product pricing?

The costs provided on the website do not include freight costs. These are calculated based on the type and quantity of promotional products required, as well as the delivery location(s). These will be provided at the Confirmation stage of the ordering process. 

What do freight charges include?

The freight charges cover the costs for the handling and packaging of your order as well as the courier costs to your destination.

What is the standard courier service provided?

Your promotional goods will be shipped using a nationwide courier service, usually NZ Post, Post Haste or New Zealand Couriers. The freight charges quoted are based on their standard 2-day service. They do offer next day, overnight service if required, but that would be at an additional cost.

Do you provide bulk shipments?

For large orders that may require your promotional goods to be palletised, carriers such as Mainfreight and Strait Freight are used. These are usually on a 2 to 3 day service depending on whether inter-island shipping is required. Again, these costs would be provided at the Confirmation stage of the ordering process.

Can you arrange split deliveries?

Yes, your promotional goods can be delivered to various office locations in NZ. There is an additional Handling & Packaging charge for this service. Please advise us if this is a requirement for your order.

Can you deliver direct to conference venues?

Yes, that can be arranged. You will need to provide details for the labelling of the cartons which is usually specified by the conference organisers. We would also need to know the delivery window during which the organisers will accept courier deliveries for your conference.

Can you provide tracking information?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we can provide tracking information from the courier provider.
