Artwork Requirements

Sending Artwork

• Email your artwork to info@promotional.co.nz
• If you have produced a quote online, it would be helpful if you could include the quote number too. 
• Lastly, if you know the Pantone or CMYK colour/s for your artwork, also share those details.  

Artwork Format

Vector artwork is the most commonly used format for printing promotional products.  Artwork in this format can easily be edited and resized without compromising the image quality.   

The file extensions for vector typically are:  .eps, .cdr, .ai, .pdf, .svg  

If sending a .pdf file, these need to be saved from a vector file so that they can be edited. If you don't have vector artwork, please send us the best quality artwork you have availble. For more information about artwork files, click here.  

Visuals and Proofs

We will always send you a visual (mock-up) and/or a digital artwork proof before printing begins. We will advise you if we don't think the artwork is suitable for the product chosen, or if we think the printed result will be sub-standard.

All you need to do is carefully check the visual/proof and if you have any concerns, let us know.
